How many people can fit at one table?

Standard tables can fit up to 10 guests. Select tables can fit up to 12. If you are a group of 12 and would like to secure one of these larger tables, please contact us via the ENQUIRY FORM below.

What if I have fewer than 10 guests?

Individual tickets are available for purchase. However, please be advised that the other seats on your table may be filled by guests of another group.

Is there an age restriction?

Yes; these events are 18+. ID will be checked at the door.

How do I book tickets?

Tickets can be purchased on Ticket Tailor (link via the BOOK NOW button above) with a credit card or directly through the Venue via bank transfer. If you would like to pay via bank transfer, please complete the ENQUIRY FORM above and a member of our Christmas Team will be in touch to make the necessary arrangements.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Tickets not purchased as a group of 10 may not be guaranteed a private table.

Can I add tickets to an existing booking?

We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee we will be able to sit everyone together. Tickets purchased in groups of 10 (max 12) are the only way to guarantee a private table.

If you purchase tickets separate from a booking already made and would like them to be added to an existing group, please email us at christmas@willowshall.co.uk to let us know as soon as you purchase the additional ticket(s).

How do I get my tickets?

Do you have parking on site?

On-site parking is not available during these events.

There is a Council-owned carpark located on Hall Street (https://maps.app.goo.gl/QepQ76jEQK4XNzA37) that is available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Please be advised that the other local Council carpark - Wakes Ground Carpark (https://maps.app.goo.gl/AU21sw6B7QXfDeep6) is not open to cars after 6pm.

If you, or someone in your party, require parking assistance due to restrictive mobility issues, please call us 01902 50 44 99 to arrange a private parking pass.

What should I wear?

Think 1920s-inspired sparkle, velvet, sequins, tuxedos, waistcoats, feathers and old-world circus elegance — but most importantly, wear whatever makes you feel fabulous and festive!

Whether you go full flapper, smart casual, black tie, or simply add a touch of vintage flair, everyone is welcome.

What am I not allowed to wear?

No trainers, sportswear, ripped jeans, or any item of clothing that is deemed profane or offensive.

No weapons – real or imitation. These will be confiscated on arrival.

Do I get to choose my meal?

Yes; we offer a set menu with a choice of starter, main and dessert.

Approximately 6 weeks prior to your event date, you will be asked to make your choices via a document sent to the main point of contact on your booking.

Do you cater for anyone with allergies?

We have done our best to ensure that there is at least one option in each course that is allergy-friendly. However, if we have missed your allergy, please email us at christmas@willowshall.co.uk and we will see what arrangements we can make for you.

We cannot guarantee any of our items are 100% free from any allergen due to potential cross-contamination. If you require further information about our handling of allergens, please email us at christmas@willowshall.co.uk.

We don’t offer alternatives to our set menu based on dislikes.

When do I have to submit my menu choices by?

No less than 2 weeks prior to your event date. Anything after this timeframe cannot be guaranteed.

What happens if I don’t submit my menu choices?

You will be provided with the vegan options of every course and we won’t be able to accommodate any dietary requirements.

Can I bring my own drinks?

No. Any food or drink brought into our venue will be confiscated by security on arrival, unless otherwise previously permitted by a member of our management team.

What drinks are provided?

A glass of Prosecco (or orange juice) will be provided upon arrival as well as jugs of water on each table. Please note this service ends at 7:30pm as food service begins. Late arrivals will not receive their welcome drink.

Can I pre-order drinks for myself and/or my table?

Yes, in fact we encourage this. We offer a selection of drink packages that are available for pre-order. These will be provided on your table for your arrival. Please see the DRINKS PACKAGES section above or email christmas@willowshall.co.uk for more details. Drink pre-orders must be submitted no less than 2 working days prior to your event. Anything after this time cannot be guaranteed.

Which drinks are included in the Unlimited Drinks Wristbands?

Can I pay cash at the bar?

Yes - we accept card and cash payments at our bar.

What time do doors open?

6:30pm

What is the latest time I can arrive?

Food service begins at 7:30pm so it is advised to arrive before this so you don’t miss out on any courses.

What time does the event finish?

1:00am

Is there somewhere that I can leave my coat?

Yes, there will be a manned cloakroom. Tickets are £2 per coat, which must be presented upon collection. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to items left in the cloakroom.

What happens if I look my cloakroom ticket?

You will be asked to wait until the end of the night and all other items have been collected. We recommend taking a photo of your cloakroom ticket on your phone, just in case.
